With no need for extra hardware, this application is well-suited for mixed fleets, those utilizing specialized equipment, and non-regulated drivers.

How It Works: Required DOT (§396.11) and company-specific pre- and post-trip inspection data are efficiently captured using the ENCOMPASS® DVIR app without additional hardware. The recorded inspection information is then transmitted via cellular connection to the J. J. Keller® Encompass back office, streamlining the identification of defects that require correction certification and units needing service. This process aids in reducing downtime, enhancing vehicle utilization, and optimizing unit management. Furthermore, the time-tracking feature enables drivers to input hours through a basic clock in/out function, supporting efficient reporting.
